Licence Condition
The licensee will provide a written report to the Bathurst office of the EPA by 5pm 31 October 2017 which provides a full assessment of the collection, management and disposal of waste water on the site, including: Characterisation of wastewater by sources, volumes and contaminants; Identification of a suitable disposal area and a nutrient and water balance in accordance with Environmental Guidelines Use of Effluent by Irrigation; Development of a wastewater management plan to address the operations of the first flush system and maintenance of the disposal area.
